The late Mr.Raguvaran was attached to the Post and Telecom department as an inspector in Srilanka.After a period of service,he emigrated to the Middle East. He was humble and humane and a man of perfection.He moved to Canada with his family and settled until his demise.An active member of Post and Telecom association in Canada and served on the Board of STSP. He was the 21st member inline whose demise has enabled the payment of the Death Donation Benefit to the Benificiary as enshrined in the Constitution.
