Mr. Suntharalingam was born in Sri lanka and served in the Local Government Service as a Technical officer until he moved to Canada . He was an active member of the Senior Tamils Society of Peel for a long time and served as a board member and Secretary. He was the additional Secretary of the Peel Senior Tamils Benevolent Association until his death. He was the 5th in line whose demise enabled the payment of Death Donation Benefit to the beneficiary as enshrined in our constitution.
